FLM Frech Laser Melting

Our diecasting machines are characterized by a high degree of product safety. One component is the use of FRECH Laser Melting technology.

FRECH Laser Melting technology is generally more cost-effective than conventional methods, particularly when producing single pieces or complex parts/series with low quantities or low material input.

  • Close-contour components
Service components
  • Max. component dimensions 280 x 280 x 350
  • Channels up to Ø 0.5 mm can be produced (if possible greater than Ø 3 mm)
  • No internal overhangs flatter than 30° are possible for technical reasons (round is no problem)
  • If technically possible, the component can be hybrid-produced
  • Temperature control must be connected to the heating and cooling unit
