Hybrid Hot Chamber Diecasting Machine for Zinc or Magnesium (DAM/DAW Hybrid)
The hybrid hot chamber diecasting machine unifies the advantages of the hydraulic with those of the electrically driven die casting machine.
- Ideal production of functional parts within the tightest tolerances, and with the highest demands for wall thickness and surface quality.
- The motorised axes work in coordination can be synchronised or operated simultaneously – for the ultimate in speed, accuracy and precise repeatability. These strengths are of great importance in a fully automated die casting machine cell.
- The lower noise emissions and energy-savings of the hybrid machine are extremely beneficial with the current demand for lower stress levels and power consumption in the workplace
