Frech keeps fitSport is an integral part of our society and a very important factor for health. For that reason, we support the many sports activities of our employees, who are not only showing their commitment within our own football team, but also through many more sporting activities. In addition we support several local sports clubs through sponsorship. Frech educatesAnother clear sign for our responsibility to society is the apprenticeships our company offers, which are by far above average in number. More than 12 % of our employees are apprentices and this is not all. As well as the various apprenticeships, we also offer training to school and college students for project and diploma studies. Frech continuous to studyWe still keep in close contact to universities and technology academies, for example the University for Foundry Technology in Aalen, or the University for Technology in Esslingen and the University Freiberg. These partnerships are for the benefit of both parties. Through seminars, papers and experience-exchanges of theory and practise, students, science and our employees are learning the same way. Frech looks forwardOur colleagues and employees also have a secure financial future through the operation of our forward thinking internal pension fund. We obviously do not only think of the financial side. After many years of employment, the regular contact with our former employees is still important to us. We often get together with former employees for parties, specially organised trips and exhibition visits. Frech's opinion mattersWe think it is natural, that an international company like Frech is also active in the appropriate associations of the diecasting industry all over the world. In addition we are also a member of the VDMA (Association of German Machine Manufacturers) in its division for precision tools and casting machinery. Corporate and social responsibility is our daily life, from the local sports club to a National Association. Still however, the most important factor for us is our people, today and in the future.
